DUTIES
|
Junior Lieutenant
|
First Junior Officer rank. Evaluates and makes recommendations on Initiates. May not directly approve Initiates.
|
The Junior Lieutenant is expected to be a true leader on the battlefield. As an Officer, the Jr. Lieutenant will always strive to be a shining example of a [DD] Officer.
|
LIEUTENANT
|
Directly senior to Jr. Lieutenants, and direct assistant to their assigned Captain. May evaluate and recommend Initiates. May not directly approve Initiates.
|
The Lieutenant is expected to constantly maintain an outstanding performance and initiative. Will assist the division Captain in running his/her division. Expected to manage delegated projects with efficiency.
|
CAPTAIN
|
Highest of the Junior Officers. Preparing for indoctrination into the Senior Officer community.
May promote Enlisted personnel only with reasonable justification to the upper Chain of Command.
**Officers from this rank on may approve Initiates unless otherwise dictated**

The Captain shall be directly in charge of his/her assigned division, and a direct adviser to the Senior Enlisted. Will manage and delegate multiple projects as required.
|
MAJOR
|
The first Senior Officer rank. In charge of all Junior officers. Direct assistant to the Lt. Colonel.
|
The Major is an overseer of division operations. Shall report to the Lt. Colonel on the state of operations on a regular basis. Expected to moderate Clan forums. Must possess outstanding initiative at all times.

LIEUTENANT COLONEL
|
Directly in charge of Majors, and reports directly to the Colonel.
Crucial in all but the highest of Clan operations.
May promote Enlisted personnel only with reasonable justification to the
upper Chain of Command.
|
The Lt. Colonel must be a proactive member of the Clan. Will be expected to assist in policy and vision development.
Shall regularly moderate forums.

COLONEL
|
The top of the food chain for Senior Officers, and is directly in charge of all Officers junior to him/her.
**The Colonel may have Administrative privileges as the Inner Circle may deem fit**
|
As the head of all Senior and Junior Officers, the Colonel is expected to develop and delegate projects as needed to support Clan vision and operations. Will be expected to see all projects through to completion in a timely manner.
Must show superb initiative in moderation and battlefield duties

MAJOR GENERAL
| The first rank within the Inner Circle. Has access to all Clan resources and tools.
Able to directly promote Enlisted members, and promote Junior Officer ranks.
| The Major General is expected to develop Clan policy and vision. As part of the top brass, he may schedule tournaments and matches as manpower allows.
|
LIEUTENANT GENERAL
| Direct assistant to the General. Also has access to all Clan resources and tools.
May promote enlisted, Junior Officers, and Senior Officers as high as Lt. Col.
| The Lieutenant General has the power to run the Clan in the absense of The Boss and the General. Will do his/her utmost to fulfill Clan vision. Works closely with the Clan General.

GENERAL
| Second-in-Command of [DD]. Sets forth policy and develops Clan vision.
Able to promote to all but the Inner Circle.
Answers directly to The Boss.
| Works closely with The Boss in the administration of all Clan aspects. Oversees all operations and ensures that everything is running at maximum effieciency. Develops and delegates projects.

There can be only one.
| Is the true example of [DD]. Always faithful to all members, and expects back the same loyalty shown.
Oversees all clan operations, and defines the Clan mission and overall vision.
