Initial rank assigned to new
members. Member is in an Initiate status
until acceptance.
The Initiates only duty is to
learn the ways of [DD] and obey all orders.
RIFLEMAN / RIFLEMAN 1st CLASS
First and second ranks among
the regular Soldiers.
The
backbone of a squad. Top priority is to
learn, to support the squad regardless of kit, and to prepare for
leadership positions.
CORPORAL
The first enlisted position
with limited leadership authority.
While still a grunt, the
Corporal has leadership authority when delegated to by, or in the event
that there are no [DD] Officers or Enforcers on the battlefield.
Increased initiative is expected.
SERGEANT
The first true enlisted leadership
position. First rank in the Enforcers. Expected to train freshly
accepted blood that is assigned to him. Able to evaluate but not accept
Initiates.
The Sergeant is primarily expected
to lead a 2 to 4 man section into battle. Must possess above average
battlefield ability, the ability to lead, and good initiative.
STAFF SERGEANT
Overseer up to an 8 man section.
Expected to train and maintain that section. Able to evaluate but not
accept Initiates.
The Staff Sergeant is the first
dual-role rank, having both Admin and Battlefield responsibility. Leads
up to an 8 man section into battle. Possesses excellent battlefield
ability, leadership ability and initiative.
FIRST SERGEANT
Second-in-Command of the Enforcers.
Is expected to oversee the training and development of ALL lower
enlisted personnel. Able to evaluate Initiates. Able to vote on Initiate
acceptance.
The First Sergeant is primarily an
Admin role. Must still possess excellent abilities on and off the
battlefield. Responsible for ALL of the lower enlisted ranks.
HEAD ENFORCER
Top of the food
chain in the enlisted ranks. There can only be one Head Enforcer at any
given time. Delegates minor projects and ensures their timely
completion. Head of training operations. Able to evaluate and vote
on Initiate acceptance.
The Head Enforcer is the direct link between
the Enlisted and the Inner Circle. All clan issues shall be presented to
the Head Enforcer for Review and resolution or escalation.
